For what it&#039;s worth Adam came up with possible prior &#039;art work&#039; from Adam&#039;s early work in podcasting predating Muresh and his previous company&#039;s involvement with the technology. There were some other things mentioned as well which may have legal bearing on the patent claim. Like a lot of people commenting on this issue, they seemed concerned (confused, irritated, p&#039;d off etc) that the patent office actually approved Volomedia&#039;s submission. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Dean</description>
